“I am the owner of a 2017 Cadillac CTS 2.0 Turbo luxury sedan. I purchased this vehicle brand-new from Banks Chevrolet and in the same year during the winter had an incident where the vehicle slid off the road at low speed and hit a snowbank and incurred minor damages. The vehicle was less than a year and a half old when the incident took place. I brought it to Banks collision Center so I would have some continuity. This was an error in judgment on my part. I fervently disagree because I’m not an idiot and he finally conceded it must be a problem with the paint products they used. Again, they took the vehicle back in and repainted it. All seemed well after that event and I’m still waiting for some other failure to develop. In all fairness, at least for me, the manager did step up and concede the issues laid squarely in their arena. After some bickering about all of the issues, the manager performed a full recon of th”
